Extended stop on the Summit of Cadillac Mountain. Guests are welcome to get out of the bus, take pictures, explore, and use the facilities. Cadillac Mountain offers panoramic views of Mount Desert Island and the many surrounding islands.

Stop At: Thunder Hole, Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, ME

Extended stop along the scenic Ocean Drive within Acadia National Park. Guests are welcome to exit the bus, take pictures, and enjoy the ocean views. Don't get wet! Restroom facilities available.

Stop At: Sieur de Monts Spring, Behind the Nature Center, Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, ME

Extended stop within the center, and starting point of what we now know as Acadia National Park. Guests are welcome to visit the Nature Center, as well as the Wild Gardens of Acadia. Restroom facilities available.

Duration: 25 minutes

Stop At: Jordan Pond, Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, ME

The Jordan Pond House is a full-service restaurant overlooking Jordan Pond. Also at this location is a two story gift shop and an observation deck. Tour can only stop here if parking is available.

Bus was clean followed all Covid protocol and driver very knowledgeable. Beautiful views and great time.

Excellent narrated tour! This was the last one of the season during a very stormy day but our guide was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend this activity. I've driven through the park before but a guided tour is so much better. You can actually see the views and learn about what you're looking at. A+!

Our tour guide was excellent! He is a local resident and knew a lot of history and was very hood at guiding people at different stops. He was super good at telling people where the bathrooms were. You could tell this was not his “first rodeo.”

It was near the end of the season. Several things were already closed. Weather was rainy and cool, but trip was enjoyable. Rob was very knowledgeable.

The guide was funny and informed. Lots of quips and jokes. He was a local who knew the history of the area as well as information on the geology, flora and fauna.

Tour was informative. 4 stops, each stop was 25’ each. Lots of info about Bar Harbor and the Acadia Park. Water was available on the bus. No where to buy food in the park except the last stop. Bringing some snack would be a good idea. No phone or USB charger on the bus. I wished there were. Bringing extra battery might be a must if you plan to take many pictures .

Good overall on history of the park. Driver/narrator gets a little off topic now & then—maybe to fill time? I’d rather see more sites vs listening to his opinions.
