When we arrived, we were told these passes were NOT what we thought. The lady at the desk said “this happens all the time!” This is not a ticket to tour the memorial. You have to buy that separately. And, entrance to the Pearl Harbor memorial is free! All you get with this “ticket” is a set of headphones with someone reading the signs to you…

It is a great half a day trip for anyone who loves history! Don't forget to reserve your ferry/shuttle to the USS Arizona memorial. Also, keep aside another couple of hours if you are visiting the Bowfin as well.

How can you not be in awe of this place! The grounds are immaculate, the staff and sailors are helpful, the informative signs are helpful, the tenders are clean and nice. The overall experience is very moving. I recommend reserving your spot to the memorial before hand, however, wait list lines were usually accommodated without a problem.

It was a very eye opening and sobering experience. Glad we made the time to go see such a large piece of history and memories and very grateful for the sacrifice of lives on that day and those who responded to put a stop to it.

It’s Important to visit places like these to not only show your appreciation and respect for those who have sacrificed their lives for our country, but to see for yourself the places of rest and it really centers a person. Yo u walk away feeling gratitude. For your life and those you love.

Very moving experience. The entire site with museums, shops, etc. is extremely well done. Great directional information and extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. The visit to the USS Arizona Memorial is a must. It is humbling to see the number of heroes that gave their lives in defense of our country. This is a must see if you are in Hawaii.

Was a bucket list item. My daughter spoke of tjhis event throughout his life so it was a must see. A beautiful museum which captures the sacrifices made by brave men and women.
