Due to a shortage of rental cars, we used Unique Car Service to get us from the airport to our hotel in Treasure Island and back. For both trips, the service was excellent. The drivers were courteous and professional and were on time as scheduled. The cars were also very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

The car company checked in with us the day before, was on time and the car was immaculate. Our driver Angel was polite and not too chatty. Perfect! We scheduled our trip back to the airport with them after such a delightful experience.

The car was clean and driver friendly. Problem was that they were late with pick up and no clear instructions about where to meet, Luckily I had a number to call but it kept going to voice mail. Very frustrating. Returning to airport by Super Shuttle,

First-time user and it won't be the last. I didn't know anything about them but the price quoted was reasonable so I took a chance, made the reservation on line. Called from the baggage claim area. Driver showed up in about a minute in a spotless new Lincoln town car. Alex was helpful, friendly, engaging and an excellent driver on what is normally a maddening road (Ulmerton).

Worst computer experience! No help and confusing information! The computer starts with 3 pictures showing, what I thought, was the order of using the computer but turned out these pictures were options not the order. After using option nr 3 which was a check in confirmation number, it told me to scan the passport. The picture shows how to put it in but doesn’t tell you that you actually have to turn it upside down 🙁. How easy would it be to actually use the words: here are 3 options and then please put your passport in face down!Probably all very common actions for computer fans but not for my generation! Unnecessary stress because of Lack of information and it just makes traveling less appealing! Where are the times where a helpful stewardess would take care of the whole check in routine? It’s not even an option anymore!
