The tour was excellent. Given the short time to visit, the tour hit all of the significant points in Yosemite Valley. Daniel Gonzalez, our guide, was excellent, providing a local historical perspective that was very unique -- a true quality person, dedicated to his craft and his homestead in the area. He identified points of interest and described the history of Yosemite in ways that only someone with local knowledge can do. In addition, he was punctual, gracious and erudite. Very, very pleased. It was well-worth every penny.

I was worried for the money spent that it wouldn't be worth the value. WORTH EVERY PENNY! Our guide, Brian was the BEST! He picked us up where we were staying, open air jeep the whole time and it made a busy holiday weekend a BREEZE. He recommended what to wear in the jeep for the cool temps of glacier points down to the warm in the valley. We went through every nook and cranny that can be seen, and some that couldn't, through the car. If he didn't like the vantage point we were looking from he'd find a better one. In addition to everything promised on the itinerary, we stopped by the side to watch climbers challenge El Capitan, we sniffed bark on a tree to learn how to tell the difference between a Jeffrey tree and a Ponderosa, we lunched by an idealic river bed, my son climbed boulders to see if we had what it took to take on El Capitan (we don't ;-) and my hubby and I took a quick dip in a stream. I spent the money because we don't know if we will ever be back to Yosemite and all the reservations for the park were booked when we learned we needed them FOUR DAYs before arriving. But I would use this service ANYTIME reservations or not- and Brian!

The guide, Daniel, was excellent. Full of knowledge and a very interesting person. His family has lived in the Yosemite area for seven generations. We saw things that we might not have seen on a regular tour, and heard many stories and learned things we would have never known. A big thank you to Daniel.
